Responsible for information for visitors/buyers regarding matters related to the show floorplan, location of services, distribution of the official event catalog, and others.

For visitors/buyers with limited mobility or disability, we have: motorized wheelchairs, a special parking area, preferential service for credentials, adapted restrooms and access ramps. Wheelchairs can be requested at the Security Room and are subject to availability.

Unit equipped with the resources needed to provide visitors with emergency care. While the event is being held, a team of doctors and nurses is available, providing safety and quality service.

Theft support services and advice in general, this is a meeting point and a lost and found with services available during the show.

A comfortable dining area is available to visitors, with many dining options.
